Löfberg fastigheter in Karlstad won together with the architectural firm Tengbom Stadsbyggnadsnämndens Arkitekturpris 2018 for Brf Docklands. Everstyle has produced historic black and white images on canvas that now adorn the entrances.
The motivation in the award reads: “The two residential buildings that share a raised courtyard have, with the help of different types of bricks, masonry techniques and careful paint and material meetings, set a good example for Karlstad’s building culture with an aesthetically and materially high level”. We are proud and happy to have been a part of this project!
