Docklands – new housing with large format historical images
Löfberg properties in Karlstad won together with the architectural firm Tengbom Stadsbyggnadsnämndens Architectural Award 2018 for Brf Docklands. Everstyle has produced historical black-and-white images of canvas that now adorn the entrances.
The rationale for the prize reads: “The two residential buildings that share an elevated courtyard have, with the help of different types of bricks, masonry techniques and painstaking color and material meetings, set a good example for Karlstad’s building culture with aesthetically and materially high level”. We are proud and happy to have been a part of this project!
